Our Mission

The Chambersburg Community Police Foundation’s purpose is to supplement the essential needs of the Chambersburg Police Department that are not met through the budget of the Police Department and the General Fund of the Borough of Chambersburg. The needs of the Chambersburg Police Department may include new equipment, advances in technology, officer training, officer wellness, recruitment, and public safety training.

What We Do

The Chambersburg Community Police Foundation works closely with Police Chief Camacho and Inspector Dominick to identify and prioritize law enforcement needs not covered by the Borough of Chambersburg’s budget. All funds raised by the Foundation will be used solely to supplement the needs of the nationally recognized and accredited Chambersburg Police Department. In addition, the Foundation will jointly support the Chambersburg Police Department at local community events.
